In this role, I honed my attention to detail by reviewing client-submitted artwork to ensure it met print specifications, catching errors before they went to press, and producing in-house ads for clients who purchased design services. I learned how to juggle multiple deadlines simultaneously, moving between ad layouts, editorial spreads, and last-minute changes with efficiency and a positive attitude. I communicated directly with clients, often via phone or email, to clarify artwork details, approvals, and revisions. This all helped build both my technical and interpersonal skills early on.

Collaboration was central to the role, and I worked closely with our editorial team to bring stories to life through thoughtful layouts that balanced content with visual impact. This experience taught me the value of cross-functional teamwork and gave me a strong foundation in print production, client communication, and creative problem-solving under deadline pressure. It was the beginning of my journey as a designer, and one that shaped my confidence for the many disciplines I would go on to explore later on.
